This filter moves, rotates, or scales the coordinate system of the data.
Additionally to the common paramters T(ranslate), R(otate) and S(cale), this filter has a paremeter A(nchor).
Rotation works around the Anchor.
Rotate 45 degree around the Anchor (shown as green box).*Note* Currently, shadowing algorithm do not use rotational infomation. So that shadow does not work correctly when rotated.
(Since shadow works with parallel lights, translation and scaling do not matter)
